Fall 2009: True Lives

The Fall 2009 series, “True Lives: You Can’t Fake Know-How“, takes a practical look at living an authentic life based on the book of Philippians.

Knowing “about” stuff is a male specialty. Our brains are vast repositories of the obscure, the trivial and the theoretical. But knowing “how” is a different universe of knowledge. Know-how can fix your water heater, de-bug your computer or speak a word of encouragement.  Know-how makes life doable. The man with know-how makes a difference when he walks into the room. You can’t fake it, but you can learn it! This season of IronWorks, walk with us through eight glimpses of spiritual and personal know-how that can change theoretical knowing-about into living know-how.
